The location of Hotel Le Chateau Fort De Sedan is amazing, being adjacent to the city center, a beautiful garden, and one of the biggest castles in Europe. It's a great place to stay and enjoy the surroundings. the hotel is conveniently located about a 10-15 minutes' walk from a multi-use stadium. the food at the gastronomic restaurant is reasonably priced.

My suite had modern conveniences, including a lounge area and storage. the location was historic and magnificent, away from other restaurants in the nearby town. - Actually, everything was fine; my next choice again in Sedan.

What a really nice stay, no reason to complain. Functional place, fairly clean, great value. - Good breakfast with lots of delicacies. - Exceptional staff. - Particularly good location away from 3 other restaurants in the nearby town with views of the castle.

We truly enjoyed the suite which was silent with large windows. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was fast. The location was stunning for walking around a grand fortress...

Facilities were excellent, even so Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views of castle. The location is quiet, not too far from Maison du Gros Chien. What's more, it's in a local area near to old Castle of Sedan unique, historic France and a historic fort which was very beautiful & dramatic.

The hotel is located within a magnificent feudal castle with modern, nicely decorated rooms. The staff is helpful and there is parking available. It is a great choice for business travelers.

The hotel staff were all very helpful and the service we received was the best of all the places we stayed during this visit to France. Breakfast in the restaurant was just ok but the diner was excellent.

Being that it was located in an ancient fort, it was a little noisy when people were walking down the hall. We stayed on the sixth floor, which was lucky for us as this was the only floor where there were windows looking outside going down the hallway to your room.

Attractive historic fort with luxury facilities. Helpfull, friendly staff spoke excellent 'English.

We did not have breakfast because it was a bit expensive.

Cosy old atmosphere, large room, quiet surroundings, gluten-free bread for breakfast, free parking.

1. The facility is wonderful - they have done a wonderful job of converting a portion of this old castle / fort into a very modern hotel.

Not much going on in Sedan.

the bed felt like a old draw bridge, pillows felt nothing like soft, room was very small, and plumbing in shower and toilet made strange noises. The town was not welcoming to tourist. It looks like it is still coming to grips with the end of second world war and are wondering if they should rebuild.

Lots of good food for meals. Units with large windows. Excellent, lovely location in an old converted fortress which was out of the ordinary. And just next door to such an iconic building/fort and the hotel's restaurant.
